I have shopped BestMark for over a year. They have never been known to be generous with their pay. The amount of paperwork for a $3 oil change shop is ridiculous. In the last six months, I've noticed they have done a better job of getting shops submitted to clients quicker. However, I am having a harder time reaching anyone at Bestmark by phone or email. I've left several voicemails over the past few months but he never follows up with me. Never. I've had shops just cancel on me instead of being rescheduled without any explanation emailed to me. Anyone know why they are dropping the ball on their treatment of mystery shoppers? Someone needs to remind them that they wouldn't have clients if not for us. Thoughts?
