Maritz CX payments?? I'm panicking

Hey everyone so I completed my first shops for Maritz in July. One was done on July 11 and the other one was done on July 12. This was my first time ever completing a shop for them. Usually after I'm done performing shops I like to login to the portals to check if they were approved. I noticed that my shops disappeared from "My completed shops" a while ago but never thought anything of it. I figured they were approved and removed. Now fast forward a week later I'm on the website just looking through it and I noticed a button for "Submit my invoice". I was confused as to what this was so I clicked the Help section to watch a short tutorial on it. According to that video, it was saying that I am to submit an invoice within 14 days of completing a shop. I had no clue I had to do this.

Does this mean I won't get paid for the 2 bank shops I completed because I didn't submit an invoice? I am freaking out. Those were high paying shops and my first time doing bank shops. I had no clue that this had to be done. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a known thing, am I the only one who didn't know this?

Don't panic. Just give them a call, explain that you didn't know about invoicing and they will help you out. They're very understanding about those things.
I have had to call when I realized I did not submit an invoice and they took care of it for me. Now I know to complete an invoice on the day of my shop but it had to become a habit. Took awhile to learn that.

You'll get paid. The old ladies in accounting will definitely pay you.

I accidentally submitted $1 instead of $6. I called the next day. They also mentioned, "Hey, I see that you did a job a few months ago and forgot to invoice it. I'll do that for you. It will be on your next check."
Hopefully someday (soon) they will go to automatic invoicing, since they are the only company I'm aware of that requires shoppers to invoice their jobs.
Just don't waste your time e-mailing. While they have e-mail, most of their staff does not know how to open their email client let alone how to read, reply, or send.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have some who still prefer rotary dial phones rather than those new push button jobs.

Thanks for the tips guys. That made me feel so much better. I'll call today. Yea I would have had no idea. All the other companies just automatically pay. But now I know for next time.
I like Maritz alot..to the shopper with the email post..I have found to get ahold of them the easiest is to pick up a phone and call them..for some reason they dont really respond to email...not sure why.

Shopping Idaho and Oregon/Idaho border region.
I had a connect who had scheduled one of the shops for me.. I just responded to that thread and she was able to forward it to be invoiced!
I have done many shops for Maritz and gotten paid within 14 days after submitting my invoice. If you want to know if you still need to edit something they will send an email. Then you go to the site and click on ‘my shops’ in the drop down box, click ‘shops on hold’ ..you can view your completed shops for only 14 days from the date the shop was completed. To see your payments, click on ‘ my account ‘ then click on direct deposit, and then on ‘payment history’ There it will show when your payments were directly deposited into your account and how much.

Thanks a lot guys for your help. I was going into full panic mode last night haha
Let me know if you don't get in touch with anyone today, I can get your shop invoiced for you as well. Thanks, Stacy

I have missed invoices many times and Janet (team 9) always comes to my rescue. Don't worry.
I'm echoing everyone else - Maritz always has fixed this when I forget - just give them a call smiling smiley
Are the payments automatic with Maritz? I'm wondering because I can't even find my shops past 14 days and there is an "INVOICE" option. Am I supposed to submit and invoice/request my payments? Thank you.
@kessdarln Yes you are. I didn't know this either. I was able to reach out to support and they invoiced it for me smiling smiley

WOW, I'm glad I searched on this today. My first time with them. I was able to submit one but emailed to ask about the older one. Are there any other MSCs that we have to do this part? Thank you Kristylynn.
No problem. Not to my knowledge.. but some of the other people on the forum may know if there are other MSC like this.
You really should call them. They are not good with modern technology like email. I always imagine them using a rotary phone in as much as they retired the crank phones last year. LOL

I wonder how much money they haven't paid to shoppers because the invoices weren't submitted...

I used to be really good about invoicing, but then with the mobile app, I forget regularly. They should encourage use of the app by doing the invoicing automatically if you use the app and make it manual if you do the computer.
I'm trying to find where on their site is a list of my past shops so I can watch for payments. It's like a ghost town when I look: nothing found, no payments made etc. bleh.

Where you view assignments are two other tabs underneath. One says "view completed shops" and the other says "submit invoice". I open two Maritz windows. I set one to "view completed shops". Then I copy/paste the assignment ID's going down the list, over to the other tab which is set on "submit invoice".
Then to see if you've been paid go to the "My Account" heading and click on "Direct Deposit" when the popups open. Then click on the blue words "payment history". Each of your checks will be itemized by date going down. To see which shops you've been paid for simply click on the check for whatever date you want. Then the shops that were included in that check will pop open.
