Years ago there was a MSC who went out of business, owing many shoppers $100s (I was owed $218 and some change). It was Franchise Compliance. They used Sassie, and my shop was accepted and I received a 10 score. The MSC accepted my report and scored it, then told me that they would pay me and didn't. Several people, including myself, filed BBB claims to no avail.

I am happy to say that the BBB is stepping in! smiling smiley I see that they have stepped in with previous complaints with Trend Source and the shoppers ultimately received the payments they were due.

So, the BBB publicly posts complaints from consumers on their websites. There are no recent complaints about Trendsource. The last one published was from March. From what I can see, it was about payments that were issued to people who didn't have their payment methods setup correctly. I am not saying that you are not owed any money, I am just saying that I see nothing there that showed you filed a complaint.

Well where are you seeing that other shoppers were helped to get money owed to them? The only thing I saw on their website was that The Source responded to some complaints and took care of paying people who they had promised payment to but who had their payment methods setup incorrectly. The Source had attempted to pay them and were not deliberately withholding pay. In your case, they stated you were not going to get paid. So I will ask again, what is it they are doing about it?
