I saw this with a MSC a year or so ago. They put a bonus towards the end of the previous month. The new listings were accidentally listed with the bonus, versus the usual initial fee. They actually corrected the fee on the assignment I had already self assigned but had not performed yet. I forget if I still performed or I canceled the shop at that point.
The good news is you were proactive enough to earn the higher fee. Make sure your completed report still shows the fee you are expecting.
