MY Market Force shops severely limited- due to Hurricane?

Usually there are loads of the two fast food shops they usually carry-- but now they are only giving me a selection of 9 "hot" highly diverse shops and nothing else---- I am in VA and wonder if it is because of the hurricane? Anybody else in the path of the hurricane been cut on shops? Wonder if my MF days are numbered?

It may well be due to hurricane--the client may have decided to suspend shops for a bit because locations are likely to be understaffed as employees take or are given time off to prepare their homes. Any time, quality or quantity reports would be unfair due to circumstances.

I remember a number of years ago I contacted MF to attempt to move a shop to an earlier date because of an oncoming storm. I got referred up through the ranks and was told that the client would not allow an early date and I was offered a 'no harm, no foul' cancellation, a 'do your best on the assigned date, but stay out of harm's way' or a 'reschedule to the last day of the window'. Obviously if the storm had hit the location was unlikely to be reopened by the last day of the window, so we left it at 'do your best on the assigned date' because the client had not yet suspended shops in the area.

If you have given MF cause to number your days, they will just directly cut you. If you have been identified by a client location, you are likely to no longer see that client. They do not share with you the why or the wherefore of their actions as they feel that might compromise their 'algorithm' that they believe identifies 'cheaters' for them to cut ties with. So just wait and see what shows up on your potential jobs list over the next few weeks.
When Dorian approached my area the number of MF shops dropped and still haven't bounced back. Another MSC cancelled some shops already assigned at the request of the client.
I am in Jacksonville and many shops were put on hold from several companies, including MF. Different locations would be closed or short staffed and shopping during such times doesn't give an accurate picture. The annoying part is most are waiting until Monday to reinstate the shopping so I'm spending my weekend not shopping.
