I haven't done any shops for Sentry for awhile, but recently did one. I was informed they moved to a new payment portal and I needed to have my account information in there to get paid. However, I signed up and when I try to login it never takes my password (even though I keep resetting it and KNOW I'm typing it in correctly). It just says,"Setting Forum" and eventually lags out on that page. I tried with Chrome and Internet Explorer.
I have logged in to the normal sentry site for shops and cannot find a contact name/number/email. Anyone know where I can find someone to contact so I can get paid?
Janice has not worked for Sentry since May of 2018. This is an old number. If you need assistance the best way is to email the help desk at email@example.com. Texting the schedulers will not help since they cannot view a shopper's payment history.
