Sentry New Payment System - Won't Let Me Login? No Contact?

I haven't done any shops for Sentry for awhile, but recently did one. I was informed they moved to a new payment portal and I needed to have my account information in there to get paid. However, I signed up and when I try to login it never takes my password (even though I keep resetting it and KNOW I'm typing it in correctly). It just says,"Setting Forum" and eventually lags out on that page. I tried with Chrome and Internet Explorer.

I have logged in to the normal sentry site for shops and cannot find a contact name/number/email. Anyone know where I can find someone to contact so I can get paid?

I'm having the same issue. Might have something to do with ISP.

We changed our payment system in January 2019, it's been almost a year.

I had a text conversation with Kelsi at 469.331.0269 when I was having the same issue. I finally was able to get it done, but never saw payment in my bank.
If you have a question about a payment, please submit a ticket from the Pay History page of ShopMetrics. Following this process will provide the quickest resolution.
