Experience with Mystery Shoppers Inc.?

Hi there everyone!
I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with an MSC called Mystery Shoppers, Inc.
I did three shops with them approximately 2 months ago and still have not seen any payment. They owe me $110.00. I have called them and I have heard nothing back. Has anyone else had experiences like this from them or any MSC that did the same thing? What did you do about it?

All my experiences with them have been very good. I would email them. I don't remember what their pay schedule was but I always got paid on time.

They are great to work for and always pay. If you email they are pretty responsive. I do know it can be slow though

I always enjoy working for them. As Jessa865 said, message them about your pay issue. They surely will take care of your situation.

I tried calling again and I was told that they are working on July payments this week. So hopefully I'll get paid soon.

Hi @So_Free, i think the pay schedule for them is 30 days after the last day of the month that you did that shop. So, I did a shop for them in July, and they are supposed to mail a paper check on Aug 30th. I just called them a couple days ago and they said they are working on July payments so hopefully we will get ours soon.

I noticed they work with isecretshop for scheduling.

If that's where you reported the shops, look at the blue bar on the far left for payments and click to see if they mailed you a check or not.

Good, company takes about 45 days to get paid though. Price is usually reasonable for the shop/reimbursement.

I have worked with Shoppers, Inc for several years. It has always been a positive experience and I've never had an issue with payment. I did want to share, they recently updated their pay schedule. It states any shops completed and approved by the 15th of the month will receive payment on the 28th (of the same month). I have always received payment in the form of a check. After the 15th of the month, the check is mailed the following month on the 28th. They have always paid me on time.

I did a job for them in August 2019 and haven'tbeen paid yet. I have tried contacting them numerous times and never get a response. They are going to my "do not work with" list!

My last shop for this company was in 2007, which in this business is ancient history, but all jobs were paid as agreed. In accessing the BBB, though, there were three complaints, all dealing with money not received. With each, the MSC cast the blame on the USPS and all were satisfactorily resolved.

I did a shop for them Oct 2nd and still waiting for payment. The site has said pending for awhile now! I have contacted her x2 with no response and have tried again today. They used to pay according to their website which was the end of the month following the shop. Now it's like 3 months. I've stopped doing shops for them.

I did some shops for them and it took about two months for pay.

That doesn't reflect anything accurate. They posted I was paid for 2 September shops in November, but I actually finally got paid for those today. They never paid me for my November shop. It does take a bit of emailing to get action sometimes.
