Coyle bonus pay issue

Hi. I completed a parking shop with a bonus at the end of August with Coyle. My assignment is marked as "ok to pay" but it's not at the bonus rate. So far, I've emailed three separate entities at Coyle about correcting this but not received a response. I've sent follow-up emails and nothing. Does anyone have any advice about how to get this fixed? I'm annoyed by the non-response. Thank you.

You might be alright. I believe the editor marks it ‘ok to pay’, the accounts people often change the numbers before final payment so I wouldn’t be overly worried. Unless it is for a large amount I would forget about it until you get paid.

That's my understanding as well. Don't worry unless the payment comes and the bonus is missing....
So they corrected it in the system but the Paypal payment I received was still the incorrect number!! Of course, on my second email attempt.. no response.
Trouble with certain people in that organization is that they waste time by trying to be clever.

They will use valuable time disputing (easy to understand) legitimate charges before they realize they can’t defend the indefensible anymore and backdown. Meanwhile, they could have spent that that time doing their jobs properly. They can’t prioritize what tasks they need to focus on.
