Would anyone know how to get in touch with them? I completed several shops in February and have not yet been paid! It is impossible to reach them by phone, and they don't respond to emails. TIA

Can you reach out to who ever scheduled the shops for you?

They have a WEIRD payment system. If you did the shops in February, you should have received an e-mail from the payment processing place sometime in April. Does your e-mail go that far back? IIRC, you do have to take some action after receiving the e-mail (I think it was decline or accept; declining would result in a physical check being mailed to you).

Good luck, and keep us posted

(And I have talked to them by phone more than once.)

You can also get in-touch with the Scheduler by email in the Comment or the Help/Contact section. Just remember to place your email in the section along with the Scheduler. This way you have a copy of your message.

Also, it is a week before October. Maybe you should check your emails, going back to February. And generally, what does your aTH statement, say about your pay. If it has the pay but not the date of pay, then it may have been overlooked or it may have been denied.
Ath Power is very reliable, but they use outside companies to pay shoppers. I think that back in February, they were still using Bill.com and you would have received emails from them. They now use a different company.

Look at your assignment page under " my shops " and use the filter to show all shops. Then check the shops you completed for the pay dates, and then compare those paid dates to your own accounting records. Hope this helps.
They pay way to slow and its almost disrespectful to shoppers. They do have well paying shops and are easy to work with but because they deal with large companies they are at the whim of when they get paid I assume. The are very reliant on one particular bank for clients I see.
They have two major bank clients in my area, and a third one has appeared just a little too far north for me. They pay at the beginning of the second month after the shop is completed. For instance, August shops were paid on October 1st. That doesn't seem at all unreasonable to me. Some of the shops pay very well. IMHO, none are paying too little for the amount of effort generally required (yes, sometimes the tellers or CSR lines can get very long, but not usually).

Nah, I don't think so. I did an August shop, and I have not been paid yet. I am, however, expecting the pay to arrive sometime this week.

I was a little too fast to reply. I just looked again. On October 1st, I got paid for shops done in the first half of August. I expect to be paid for shops done during the second half of August about October 15. I often "hit my quota" with Ath for the regional bank I shop during the first two weeks, so then only one payment for that month.

Has anyone gotten an email fro Ath Power regarding today. October 15th payment? I didn't and was wondering if anyone was paid yet.
I have not gotten anything about payment on the 15th. I just looked back, and saw that I was paid on the 17th several times this year, and once on the 19th. There may have been a delay this month due to the holiday yesterday.

I think that that's really horrible! They should pay on the 15th like they say they will.
I got the email this morning that payment has been sent to my bank account.

I was paid today via e-check.

As for the poster that stated they should pay by the 15th, most MSCs with payment schedules clearly explain that banking/post office holidays will often affect payment dates. No problem getting paid on the 16th for me, knowing that Monday was a holiday.
