Canadians?

Hello. I did some shops back in the stone age, before smart phones so I'm assuming everything has changed. I'm now a struggling single mom & thought this might be a good time to jump back in. I used to do restaurants mainly. I'd prefer to find grocery shops or things I can get done alone during the day now. Any recommendations for companies in Canada (Vancouver area) that may deal with these style shops? Any help would be so appreciated.
