Payment from BARE is missing

I have a payment missing from BARE for August shops to my bank account, even though the payment statement has arrived claiming I received it.
Can anyone help with contacts of the payment department in BARE Int.? Thank you so much in advance!

Did you already try the contact listed at the bottom of your payment summary email?

Yes. They don't reply for 7 days.

Go to their main website and use the phone number for the US HQ to call. Ask for accounting. Theu will find and fix the problem. Very reliable folks.
