MobiAudit app

Who else find the updated version of the app so hard to use?
The app kept on force quitting and did not save the information you entered. I kept going in and out of the the worksheet trying to save it as I go, but sometimes I was overwhelmed by the photos and measurements and forgotten to do so.
Btw has that camera function on the app ever works? I had to use my camera app to take photo and go back to MobiAudit to attach them.
Needs some expert help on this app

I have no problems with it. I submitted 12 shops yesterday using it. My camera works fine.

Seriously, my iPhone 8+ and iPhone XS never work!! What do you use ?
Android Samsung S9+, which I think is the same phone Honny has? I do a lot of convenience stores, mailing stores, and tech/cell phone shops. I open it, take the photo, always works. I click the timings in it, always works, click the yes/no buttons, etc. Never any problems. Maybe some others will chime in on their experiences.
So Samsung works well with this app, but iPhones do not?

Just adding info to my list, as the new(er) phone I'm getting (maybe for my birthday next month) is an iPhone.

I know which MSC this is. They state on their home page that they are there to support us with any problems with the mobile app. So, do they, or don't they?

I’m not so lucky.. my hotel shop has like 200+ photos for each workbook. The latest version of the app was so hard to use and I kept loosing my work
I use my Samsung Tab A and it works fine. I've also used an old Alcatel Android phone without problems.
The only problem I have is when my fat fingers hit the close button instead of NEXT because they are close on my SS Galaxy S7. It closes the report, but it has always saved. It also syncs just fine with my computer.

Oh hey, cloooz and cloos are spelled the same...what a great language, this English is! Sorry...I need sleep.

My S-9 was for work. I didn't use that for shopping.

I have an S7. The app lags despite strong service. That rotating circle never goes away.

Yeah, I just dunno. It worked okay with my cheapo Android LG that I used to have (3 years ago), too. And that was a horrible phone.
Well see, the types of shops we are doing are like comparing grapes (my little convenience stores and postal shops) to watermelons (your hotel shops). When I did some gas station audits it did take longer to upload, but it was doable. But I wasn't uploading 200 photos. That's a lot of friggin' photos.
