Elite Mystery Shops and Points - Are they being clawed back?

Has anyone completed the Marriott Elite assignments with the NEW MSC?

If so, have the points you earned on your Marriott Bonvoy account for this/these assignment(s) been clawed back/reversed?

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

I was able to keep the points.

If it is the same shop that I recently picked up, the instructions say that you don't earn any points for the shop. I am not thrilled if this is true, since it was one of the main reasons that I accepted the shop. Did the previous company that did them take the points back? Are they still shopped by both? Maybe I am signed up to shop for the old MSC?

Old MSC - got them and kept them. Haven't worked with the new MSC, hence my original question.

Have you ever done one of the shops for the old MSC? If so, did the old MSC take back the points from the shop?

Professional Guest, I somehow misinterpreted your last response. YOU actually did the shop and kept points.... you didn't just see instructions that said this was the case. Gotcha now. Sorry about my confusion.

I guess I must be signed up with the new MSC. I will try to remember to post here after I shop. Maybe I will get lucky and get to keep the points like eyelove2shop.
