Congratulations to my new favorite company: CX Orlando Research and Revenue Consultants!

Got this in today's newsletter and am very happy for these guys. Great to work with and I love that they also have a point reward system that goes with the shops and other online contests they do. I got two gift cards since February in addition to the pay and reimbursements. Wish I could do more to get more points, but I get it that they are still a growing company. But I'll take what I can get!

America’s Leading CX Consultancy Earns Industry’s Highest Honor

Orlando, October 17, 2019 — MSPA Americas, the trade association representing the customer experience management and measurement industry for the Western Hemisphere, has named CX Orlando Research and Revenue Architects as an MSPA Elite firm, awarding its highest honor to the Orlando-based international customer experience business consultants at the CXE3 Customer Experience Conference last week in St. Pete Beach, Florida.

Thanks for sharing. I’m in Orlando, but I see they mostly have downtown bar shops. I could have used them 20 years ago when I hit that scene 3 nights a week!
Well apologies if I'm off course, but I would guess that OP has some connection to CX and is flat out spamming us.
Four posts in four years and three of them about this company.........

I think they are some employees from the former MS company based in winter Park, FL that shopped the popular casual chain paying with giftcards and went belly up. The new company appeared a couple of months after the other company folded and were doing all the local clients in the greater Orlando area. They clearly got hold of the shoppers database because I had never signed up with them but received unsolicited emails to do local restaurants that I had done in prior visits to Orlando.
