HS Brands pays at slightly more than 90 days AFTER your shop is edited and approved, so a shop turned in on 7/28 may not be approved until 8/1 or so. I was paid 9/24 for a shop done 6/6 and 10/23 for a shop done 7/8. I'm guess for shops done late July-3rd week of August, you should be paid around 11/23-25. After your payment is made, it will change to Paid On and show the payment date.

Most companies pay a lot faster. While I like HS Brands, I would suggest you sign up with some others. Most pay much faster.
If it says payment pending, you should be receiving your payment soon. I get direct deposit, and I generally get paid within a couple days of the "payment pending" showing. I also get sn email with a pay stub.
Could you please advise how do you get an access code to receive a stub? Just received my first stub and it requires an access code, which is nowhere to be found. Thank you!
Honestly, I have no idea what you mean by "stub". I know what a ticket stub is, but that does not seem to apply. It can also mean a small program routine that substitutes for a longer program, but that does not make sense either. Nor is it likely to mean the roots of a tree. So .. what are you asking about?

"pay stub" is an anachronistic colloquialism for a payment receipt. I do not remember how to get the access code.
myst, did that make it clearer? I still don't understand. What access code do you need? In my area, HS Brands pays through PayPal and direct deposit. I use PayPal and I get an email saying my money has gone to PayPal.
I check PayPal and it's there. Do you receive payment as a check? I don't understand what access code you could need. ??
I am old enough to remember what a pay stub is (or was?), but I am not sure that that is what JJMystery meant by the stub. Even if JJMystery did mean "pay stub", I have no idea what it means in the context of getting an access code. I have never needed an access code anywhere for HS Brands. A password for the site? Yes. An access code? No.

Try using the last 4 of your social security number or 0000. I believe this is the default code if you haven't set one up yet.
I contacted the stub company and asked for the code. I think it was 0000.

They will not answer my emails or assign me my oil change which I did for them for many years...I think I aged out, but they could answer, rude to ignore a shopper . They seem to be different than years ago when I considered them a top company.

HS Brand is slow! For example, I completed one shop 5-27-19 and got paid 8-26-19. More examples... I completed a shop 8-28-19 and I am still waiting. I completed a shop on 10-26-19 and I am still waiting. I look at HS Brand as my "oh yeah" check. I did it so long ago I forgot about.
I just was trying to find pay info for them today as I have not yet gotten paid for a job on 9/9. I finally located the pay rule which it says is 75 days after the end of the month you did the job in. So for me I will (hopefully) be paid 75 days from Oct 1 or about a week before xmas. I could not find any pay info on my page of their website. Where do you go to see that pay is pending or whatever?
