Thanks for the reply, Panama18. I've heard that too. However, what would the reasons be? Do you know? The reason I ask is because there are quite a few jobs hidden from me on the Strategic Reflections platform. This is the first time I've noticed this happening.

Just recently I applied for a job with them, and gave the date I could complete it. They accepted the job but mid-way through the day that I said I complete it. I had to cancel it because I didn't see that it was approved until I came home from my route. After that, jobs are hidden. .
This may sound like a stupid question, but if you can't see them, how do you know they are hidden from you?
You may be in flake status.

No, not a stupid question at all. I should have shared how. I have an account on Gigspot with a different email address. When I log on to Gigspot, there are numerous jobs with Strategic Reflections that do not show when I log directly on to their website.

Flake status, lol. Perhaps, but do they not look at the dates that the shopper states they require? I like Strategic Reflections quite a lot, but they often take days to accept applications.

Thanks, I already did. They often don't email back, in my experience. I might call.
I think you may have answered your question. Perhaps contact them and try to sort it out.

That's pretty stiff punishment for one cancellation though. In hindsight, I should have cancelled the application for the job before I headed out in the morning for my route. Thank you, I did reach out but haven't heard back yet.
Many shops are only visible and available to shoppers of a certain status, "elite shoppers" so to speak. One MSC accidentally posted a shop that was supposed to be hidden and saved for their highest level shoppers. It was a shop at a very upscale linens store in a mall near me. I was excited when I self assigned it, as there was a $100 reimbursement. The embarrassed scheduler called me the next day to cancel it. I didn't feel too bad, though. I had looked at the linens store online, and the only thing I could get for $100 was a single guest towel.
Off subject but does anyone know if they pay on time? Their website states the beginning of the month but I am still waiting. First time I have worked for them and was just wondering.
They are very dependable in their payment schedule. They pay near the end of the second month after the shop was performed. September shops will be paid around Nov 20. They pay by paper check.
Correct. They are dependably late every month.

As I have completed almost 550 shops for SR, and although this advice was not solicited, just as with Maritz I absolutely recommend calling, as opposed to mailing. Their toll free number is 866 518 6508. On almost all of the occasions I have phoned them, a person has answered my call, but only between 09:00 and 17:00 EST on weekdays.

Of the 161 months since their beginning, I have received a check on 116 occasions, with all arriving approximately 50 days after the close of the month in which the work was accepted. MY personal rating of the MSC is a solid 10, BUT, those for whom a more rapid payment is either required or desired, may not agree.
Goofy me! I forgot to respond to the asked question.

My only experience with hidden shops and SR occurred approximately five years ago, after their client decided to limit assignments to shoppers under 50. Therefore, I could only see those jobs through the main Shopmetrics page.

My experience is similar. 15-20 days past their stated terms of 30 days after the close of the month.

They might if you are still in the re-shop period, if your score isn't high enough, or if they know you are excluded by age/gender/income.
