Need Informa contact info

Last summer, I began receiving notices of shops for Informa. I then attempted to sign-up on the Sassie platform, but was informed I had an account, which I had no recollection of having established. When, on three occasions, I requested my password none was sent. Next, I mailed the scheduler requesting assistance, but did not receive a reply. Finally, I contacted the company at 800 848 0218, but, after a message, was disconnected. Please assist with a direct contact.

Call the company number and ask to speak with "shopper support."

They are in CA, so you need to take the time difference into account.

I followed the advice of Wales and phoned later in the day. The operator connected me with Nicole, who checked and confirmed I am activated, but I am still unable to access my page. Nicole sent me a link to change my password, but as with my previous attempts, it did not arrive. Before concluding our chat, we agreed that, if the problem persisted, I would ring back today.

Thanks to both Wales and Made for your suggestions.
Wales states--Briana is great !!

Bob agrees--Without me even contacting Bri, she saw my posted request and then sent me a link to access my account; great is quite accurate.

I was contracted with Informa until 2013; they were always quite professional. On one occasion, I was never informed of what had occurred, I was paid $100 for two shops that disappeared from my page after I had departed for the day. It was not necessary for me to submit any reports or a POV.
They recently paid me $100 (full fee) for a shop where the independent scheduler screwed up BIG time for 3 weeks. They took my point of vie, completely.

I say that this MSC really make a shopper feel they are working together, not just the shopper working for them. In addition, that independent scheduler screw-up was totally not typical of even their outside schedulers. Last year I had occasion to work with three IC schedulers for them who were in Mumbai and their support was top notch and timely, in every one of the many cases that I did their shops. (I did a ton of shop with the Mumbai schedulers!)

Made,
I would prefer not to go into those details here.. Suffice to say, Informa did not blame me at all.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I have e-mailed Briana, and I'll see if that works.

Thanks, all!
cease comments--I have e-mailed Briana, and I'll see if that works.

Bob's opinion--If Bri can not solve the problem, predicated upon my experience with her, it would be a first. She is my kind of person, in that she immediately takes the bull by the horn and wrestles him to the ground. You are definitely in better hands with Briana than Allstate.
I was contacted by a scheduler that was scheduling for another company and she asked me if I have done bank shops and I said yes she sent me a link and I did my due diligence and signed up and I have a nicely paying shop due later today for them.
