Observa lost assignment

Accepted an assignment from Observa. Easy storefront photo and overhead sign photos. After I completed photos and submitted shop message said shop was under review. Concerned I contacted Observa support,only to be informed that they show no record of any sort of shop submission from me for today.
Since I know I completed shop, how can no trace of shop exist in there records. Had to download their app to access shop guidelines and submit shop
Working with 24+ MSCs with over 500 shops this year this is the 1st time I have ever had a shop disappear without any trace

How were you able to accept the shop without the app?

I received an email saying there are opportunities in my area. Then I downloaded their app, found the aforementioned opportunity. Applied, got accepted, completed shop , submitted shop which went under review. Now all traces of shop are missing and now shop is back on their opportunity board.

I have never had that with Observa. Did you run out of the allotted time?

Plenty of time left when shop was submitted. How all records of the submitted shop could possibly disappear without a trace is what concerns me

Did you get the "successfully submitted" message after you completed? Just like any app, a glitchy connection can cause upload issues.

As for POV to try to get paid, if you know how to search files on your phone, if the submission did "stick" they are likely in there. On Android it's my files/device storage/android/data/com.observa.observa then look in both the data folder and the cache folder. Hope that helps.

Thanks will take a peek. Just think Observa would have some sort of information from shop. But they say they have no records at all.
If nothing else will do over tomorrow only takes 5 minutes

I always factor in my drive time to and from a location into anything I do. I haven't done anything for Observa, but I would still consider travel time in addition to the time it takes to do an assignment onsite.

Assignment was 2 minutes from my house. Took less than 5 minutes $15.00 paid in less than an hour.
That's one thing remarkable about Observa, they pay close to instantly. Usually within the hour of shop being accepted. Wish they had more work here
