Viewpost payment system

I completed a shop a couple weeks ago for a MSC that pays by Viewpost. I tried to sign up for an account with Viewpost online, but it states that I need an invitation or invoice. Will the MSC eventually reach out to me with this information or should I contact the MSC team directly? Thank you very much for any insight!

Never heard of Viewpost, but just on general principle, I would reach out to the MSC.

(They may very well have previously notified you by e-mail that went into Spam! )

Out of curiosity, I looked up Viewpost It is apyment system offered by Bank of America. Very comprehensive. [promo.bankofamerica.com]
