I am curious who has recently struggled with TrueGuest? I had my hotel shop almost two weeks ago. The scheduler at the time was great. However, now I can't get a definite answer on how my and when my reimbursement will be? I was told if the shop is completely correctly I will receive a check within 10-14 days from when the hotel receives the report.
Unfortunately, I know I missed a few pictures. i.e. valet ticket (even though I had the valet ticket number documented) and the condiments on the in room dining tray (I took it, but when the food was on it still, which I thought that is what they wanted. Stupid stuff like that. I am stressing.
