Has anyone received their check from ACL this month?

I did 2 shops for ACL look in October for a total of $80.00 reimbursement. Their website says the check was processed on November 25 but I've still not received it. I normally get it a few days after they process it. I thought with Thanksgiving and all, it may be a few days late, but not this late. Has anyone else received a check for shops completed in October? I wanted to contact them, but there is a message on the website that if the check is not received, to wait 30 days before doing so.

I got my check and, yes, it was a few days late, but not this late Time to contact your scheduler and ask them who you need to email, I think.

Yes, I thought so too. But unfortunately, I have to wait 30 days according to their website.

I received my payment for October. A few months back, I did not receive a check (issue with my local post office). I waited 30 days and let them know I still had not received the check. They reissued it right away.

Make sure that when it arrives you verify the check number.

I haven’t received mine for October yet either. I contacted them and got told to wait 30 days as well. Hopefully it turns up before then!

I got mine on November 30th.
