Anonymous Insights do they pay?

Hello, I completed a shop for them back in August and still haven’t received pay and have been getting the run around for the last month. The scheduler has been responsive but still no pay. I noticed they have just released a bunch of grocery shops on a job board. BEWARE .

I've been shopping for them for several years and have never had a problem getting paid. Does your shop log show your shop as approved and/or paid; maybe something has fallen through the cracks. Have you tried contacting someone at the company instead of going through the scheduler?

I don't think you're justified in telling shoppers to BEWARE due to one missing payment. I don't blame you for being upset about not being paid, but really, assuming or implying that this is typical for AI is unwarranted at this point. If they ultimately refuse to pay you for an accepted shop, then that's another thing....

Hi yes I mentioned in my post that I
have contacted the company directly multiple times. There has been no resolve. I would have not posted otherwise..I think you missed my point.

I'm sorry; it sounded from your post that you had contacted only the scheduler. You didn't say that you had contacted the company directly, only that you've been getting the runaround. You commented that the scheduler has been responsive, so I assumed you've been dealing only with the scheduler. Who may or may not be a direct employee of the company.

cdclarke883, I did the grocery store shop for them in November. I received a check (my choice) last week for the full shop fee, but not all of the reimbursement. I contacted the scheduler. She emailed the PM. No response. Rinse and repeat twice.

This week, I went to the website (without logging in) and used the "Contact Us" link. An hour later, the scheduler told me that I would be paid via PayPal.

Have you gotten payment? This was the owners email a while back but not sure if it is still - lengelp@a-insights.com (Patti Lengel)
