I'm missing $5 payment from a shop I did back in August for the mystery shopping company SRC, not sure if they have shops in other states as I only know of local chain restaurants in my state. They have "headquarters" in my state too. I've contacted them and they did admit that the payment was missing the $5 and said a check (guess they haven't heard of paypal or direct deposit) will be issued the next day. It took me over a week get get them to respond to the missing $5, that was on 14th of November. It's now a month later and I still don't have the $5 check. I've contacted them again and heard nothing. This happened a few years ago and I stopped shopping for them but decided to give it another shot as the locations are right by work and other places I frequent and easy to do. How would you proceed? I know it's only $5 but I don't do this for fun, trying to run a business. Any thought are appreciated.
