I have not been paid for the 16 locations I submitted by hand. And there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. The hard part is that they all paid between $28 and $33 each. Ouch.

What do they have you do with the products that you pull? Do you have to purchase them or just work with the store to get the products off the shelf?

It depends. Sometimes you ship it, sometimes you destroy it.

Lol about typing on phone. I'm trying to sign up with the retrieval division. Not good on phone keyboard. Now, if I can only figure out how many cans of chicken noodle soup I'm supposed to pull.

If you ship it, do they pay for it up front or is a reimbursable expense?

They give you an account number to use, but you purchase a new box, packing tape, bubble wrap, etc. and then bill for it.

Have you tried contacting Deborah? I wasn't even asked to submit my report and I was still paid.

I'll call her on monday. The thing is, last month when some of us were paid, I thought it was for these shops I just submitted. She said the money I received was for shops done the previous month. .??

When I asked about that on 2/11, Debbie responded via email and said, "We are working on getting those processed, waiting on a few more reps to submit data."

Thanks for checking....it's good to know they still intend on paying us.

I am sure another company will pick up lost stations. They are big in he northeast, just a matter of finding out what company.

Well, this was really depressing, Guys. I always like my yellow and blue Gas jobs. They were my pickups at the end of the month, when my bigger jobs were done. I hope someone picks them up. I missed all of this because I stopped at Thanksgiving, and just started back this month. Little reprieve for the holidays. Hard to believe. I've been doing these thru a few different MSC's now. Hope to hear of someone picking them up.

I have not done any of those. But #JASFLALMT has and has a pretty good handle on them.

Got paid today. Can officially close the book on them. Thank you, Stericycle.
Will be waiting/hoping for the client to re-surface.

via Paypal, which is how I always had it set up in their system.

I work for another division of Stericycle as an IC. I've seen no problems/slow downs.

But its been AGES since they had any mystery shops in my area, like years.

I have not been paid for the 16 shops I submitted by hand a couple of weeks ago. Emails are going unanswered. Come on Stericycle, pleasantly surprise me.

Debbie said the PayPal people were getting paid first and then the rest of us will be paid after that. She was hoping by the end of this week, however it doesn’t look like that happened. Probably be next week.

I was paid via direct deposit a long time ago.

Hi...have you been paid yet?

I haven't been paid yet. My last email to Debbie didn't get a response. I'm doubtful I'll get paid but who knows. Fortunately, the amount I'm owed is very small. I feel bad for others who are owed a lot. It would be especially bad since they had you turn in handwritten reports in the hopes of still getting paid. I was never paid via PayPal, always direct deposit. It makes me wonder if our account information was lost. But they could still cut and mail checks.
