Tell the scheduler what happened and what's been going on, keep anything and everything that can prove you did the assignment. Honestly, you should get paid something on the five locations that declined, ideally the full amount but I somewhat can see the MSC's side of it if they pay you a slightly reduced rate (MSCs like to pinch pennies, unfortunately). You haven't named the client, so if you get screwed over by the MSC, by all means please name and shame as a heads-up to the honest, hardworking shoppers on the board. And if the MSC deactivates you over it, consider it a blessing... plenty of fish (companies, assignments) out there in the mystery shopping sea.
