I haven't done any product retrievals or audits with them for almost a year. They haven't had any where I live. When I have done them for stores I was usually in and out within 20 minutes as the store had already pulled everything off the shelves and destroyed it.
I only ever did one retrieval at a residence and it was a nightmare. The person had to complain to me for 15 minutes about the item and then they took another 15 minutes to find it to give to me. then they followed me to my car after I had given them the paperwork with all the info they needed and tried to tell me how I should pack the item to ship it. And they knew I was coming as I had called them to set up the date & time.
