I rarely post about the MSC's I complete shops for but this was very mystifying. I really like T-Source, they have shops that are useful, the schedulers are all really nice and for the most part they are a good company to work with.
Over a week ago I self assigned myself 3 grocery shops for the same day. Because a meeting went long I couldn't do one of them, I ran out of time. I still had the following day to complete the shop on time. The following day I got sick, some kind of stomach bug. I emailed support and asked for a one day extension, explaining that I was sick and got a nice response saying they would extend the shop deadline and wishing me a speedy recovery. First thing in the morning I got the usual email telling me my shop was due that day. So the next day I had a far away, highly bonused shop and some other things I had added to the trip. I got all of them done and then drove 20 or so miles out of my way to complete the shop for T-Source. When I got there (almost exactly at 4) I loaded the app to check in, and the shop was not on my list. So I went home. I checked the website when I got home to try to figure out what happened, and the shop had been moved to "requested" status. I had to unrequest because I didn't have any time left to complete the shop. I contacted support again the next morning, to inquire about why the shop had been taken off the list. I got an apology and they said it was a "glitch in the system" and asked if I could still complete it. Of course I couldn't, I had a full schedule already.
I should explain that I have completed hundreds of shops for them and rescheduled maybe 5. It's VERY rare, and I have had schedulers tell me I am one of their best shoppers in my area.
Perhaps if I had checked before I drove there I could have saved myself a wasted trip... has anyone else experienced this "glitch"?
