Try the Help/Contact link in your shop log. I did and scheduler forwarded my inquiry to payroll. I received a response from Monica (see below). FWIW, She said the payroll dept inadvertently marked shops as being paid in the system when they pulled a file and they would be paid per their normal schedule.....whatever that is. The shop I asked about was from November and is marked as paid Dec. 31st, but it has not been paid yet.
