Can anyone tell me who to contact about payment. I’ve emailed and called. No response.

Try the Help/Contact link in your shop log. I did and scheduler forwarded my inquiry to payroll. I received a response from Monica (see below). FWIW, She said the payroll dept inadvertently marked shops as being paid in the system when they pulled a file and they would be paid per their normal schedule.....whatever that is. The shop I asked about was from November and is marked as paid Dec. 31st, but it has not been paid yet.

I also got the same response from Monica. It was helpful!

Shopping domestic and international locations since 2003.

That doesnt make any sense- unless you are in Nevada - shoppers are not employees and do not get paid by payroll. We are contracted vendors and are paid by MSCs' Accounts Payable Departments. It sounds like Monica moght not know what she is speaking about.

Well all I know is it's 1/13 and still no pay for November. I thought it would be last week. I guess mid month now..which it actually pretty much is.
