Shared Insight payment issue

Has anyone else experienced problems with payment from Shared Insight lately?
I haven't been paid for a shop in October yet. I submitted a payment query on their website in December and followed up recently with no response. The site says queries will be answered within 1 day.

I would love an answer to this question too. I am scheduled to do a shop next week for them where I am supposed to be reimbursed for the over $100 I am supposed to spend at the store. The scheduler was very brief and gave me very little information so it makes me nervous...
Still waiting. I have contacted them 3 times now with no response.
I have never had a problem with them before.
Update: still no reply to my queries but I received payment for October today (Jan 21)
I had an experience similar to jgoodwin's. I submitted a query for payment that was not received. I even waited a couple of weeks after the expected arrival date before submitting the query. I heard nothing. I waited a week and sent another query. Still heard nothing. Then one day, payment was received.

I have worked with them since without incident.
