Ipsos Shopper Score

I never realized that Ipsos gave a shop score. First time I've gotten an email with a shop score and my total shopper grade from an Ipsos editor. They score out of 5 points. I've done 100+ shops with Ipsos (shopmetrics side) and never got an email from the editor with my shop score.

Interesting. I've done way more than 100 and never gotten a score.

Maybe this is on the Sassie site. I just do shops on the Metrics site and have never seen a score on that site. I shop for several companies that use Sassie, and yes, on Sassie, they often give a score. So maybe that's it.

@guysmom This was a shop for the Shopmetrics side. It was scored out of 5. It's scored out of 10 on the Sassie/GFK side.

Plenty of other MSC's that use shopmetrics give a shopper grade. I was surprised that I got an email from an Ipsos shopmetrics editor who sent me a 5/5 shop score. It also showed me my average shopper grade out of 5 and a percentage.

My score is a 1 on the Sassie side. Shop was rejected, I’m out $, and they gave me a 1 for a completed report. Lol they can go (blank) themselves.

@SoCalMama An editor gave me a 1 on the Sassie side once. It was for one of the web payment shops. Originally the guidelines/comments said to order via the Chrome browser. At some point, they changed it to Firefox browser without notifying me. The shop got rejected. Fortunately, the editor rejected the shop a few hours after I submitted the report and I was able to cancel the online order.

I got stuck with my online order. It took them almost a week to edit it.

Hmmm....that's interesting! I don't see any score anywhere that I am aware of on the Metrics side. Can you share where to look and see if there is a score??? Thanks.

@guysmom You can't actually see it on the Ipsos shopmetrics site. I got an email from the editor with my score after my report was edited and marked as "Ok to Pay." Not sure if the editor sent it by mistake. It looks like it's an internal score that the schedulers can see. I guess you could email a scheduler and ask for your total shopper grade.

I signed up for the Sassie side and the told me that I could not select any shops because my score was 0. Carp most of Sassie gives you at least a 5 because you are breathing when you sign up

You got a 1 score because of their screwy software issues?

Yeah, getting a low score would p*ss me off. I get mad when I get anything 80% or lower... I have shopped both sides with Ipsos and never gotten a score. Of course, I've never had a problem with them, either, so... perhaps the ax for both will fall at the same time. I don't have that much luck, lol.

I complete shops for them on Sassie, and have scores on all my shops. I don't get emails about them, but once the shop shows "received" and you hit arrow to expand it, shop review is on the bottom.

Sure did!

I've done tons with them on the Sassie side, mostly as GFK before the name change, and take pride in my scores. One time Intelli gave me a 1 because they didn't like my pizza pictures and I never did a job for them again. The 1 was worse than the no reimbursement for a pizza I don't even like!
