Market Force fast casual delivery shops - which delivery service is used?

New question. Does doing a delivery shop prevent you from going back in rotation for an in-person shop? The location I did delivery for has not come back for in-person shops and it's been 4+ weeks since I did one. I have done a delivery shop twice since then. Doing the in-person shop does not block you from seeing delivery shops for the same location.

There is no reason either place would have to re-type my name and my order. That was my point.

Not true, if the delivery service's system isn't directly linked into the restaurant's system. It could just be printing out the order when they received it. Then someone at the restaurant has to enter it manually into their system. If you have evidence that it's getting changed somewhere (since you said that your name spelling changed), it makes much more sense that it would be on the restaurant's end than thinking that the delivery service is retyping your order.

You should not be mentioning the restaurant's name since this thread talks about the MS company by name.

The restaurant does have delivery services available on their website. But at least in my case, they would not deliver to my house while Door Dash does. It's what prevented me from taking the shop for the first few months that I saw them available.
