Heaven help us. Why? Im gobsmacked!
IPSOS did not acquire GfK and they are not acquiring Maritz. IPSOS acquired GfK's mystery shopping division and they are acquiring Martiz's mystery shopping business. All three of these companies are huge and mystery shopping is/was a small part of their business. Shoppers ought not to be so narrow-minded as to think that any large company revolves around mysyery shopping.
. . . I am not one bit surprised about any collaboration between these MSCs, it's been going on for a long time.
I just got the email from Ipsos saying that Maritz is joining with Ipsos. I sure hope those sweet ladies in Kansas stay on.
the most annoying is that either they never respond to emails, or respond after a day or longer. What a difference with Maritz and GFK. Or you will just get an email that the shop was rejected after a week and they never give you the opportunity to fix it if the problem was a photo, or something tiny.@Mrcleandpsyahoo.com wrote:
Yeah Ipsos schedulers, or most, difficult to get a route because they are too busy not returning emails. I don’t get the problem with the lack of self assigning with them. Makes no sense if you have good reviews. Thanks
