Is this company is doing shops? I cant find a working website.

They are part of IPSOS now. Use this link and sign in on the right hand side for former GFK.

They no longer support older phone versions, such as Samsung S6 and iPhone 10 or less so I no longer can do their shops
?? An MSC with a phone interface that an iPhone 10 can't handle??? My wife got a 10 while they were still the newest one on the market - and we don't qualify for an "upgrade" yet. Geez... Worse, I wanted a phone that had a home button, so I happily use my 8. Those phones aren't THAT old? This can't be right.... can it?

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
I heard an ad yesterday...was not paying full attention but did hear if you turn in an iphone 6 or greater that does not need to be in working condition you can get a new iphone 11 for $6 a month. That is the extent of what I heard ..don't know how long the $6 per month lasts for but if you have a broken phone around that sounds like a good deal. I believe the ad was from apple itself.
If you use Sprint, they often have excellent offers on iPhones. Yesterday I was doing a phone shop on them, and one of the associates told me that not only were they offering BOGO iPhone11, but also a free iPad. I am an android person, so not appealing to me, but was interesting just the same.
It doesn't sound accurate to me, either. My daughter just got her iPhone 10 less than 2 years ago. I have an android and my phone is a Samsung S9+, but it came out around the same time the iPhone 10 did (my daughter and I both upgraded at the same time) so it seems odd that the 10 wouldn't work. I do stuff for IPSOS on the Shopmetrics side with no problems using Mobi Audit. I don't do GFK shops and hadn't done one in a long time (since they had their wings client), but those were on Sassie so I likely would not have been doing them on my phone anyway.

It's probably the iOS not the phone model.
Everyone should be on 13.3.1 for their iOS by now.
