ath Power ( Apex Corporation)

I am a new shopper. Anyone ever have problems with Ath Power paying them? I have sent numerous invoices to no avail.

Personally, I have never had a problem. I did have to get a replacement check once (my fault), and they were very responsive. At that time, I communicated by phone, so if you don't get a response to your inquiry via email, you might want to try calling.

Their pay cycle is very slow. Typically on your shop log on their website you will see your job show up as "paid" 30 to 45 days after you completed it. Rarely is payment in hand much under 60 days. If the work you are not paid for yet is more than 60 days old, you should probably call them to find out what is going on.

I have never done a job for them, but get a survey that takes 20 minutes and a chance to win 2500.00, felt like doing a report.....thanks for nothing.

Sent numerous invoices? The shops I've done for them have had a lengthy wait for payment of 40-65 days. However, I've not had to submit an invoice. ath uses Sassie, and with a shop's acceptance, payment is generated. I'm unclear what you're referring to, krazekattl. Did your shop(s) get accepted, and payment has not been made?

I did that one yesterday while I was waiting for my car at the dealership, lol.

I should have mentioned that as well. Like you, I've never sent an invoice. That's kind of strange...

I have done a lot of bank shops for them and it is normally if you do a shop in March you will be paid in May. That is the way I have been paid and I know it when I do the shops.

I just got paid for all the shops I did for them in January!! Yea!!!

Just about the time I start getting upset about not being paid, a check arrives. My January shops say paid 2/28/11...not true. No check yet. But I do see another shopper has just received her check for January shops/ Hoping mine is not too far behind hers.

I will change my statement as to when they pay. I went back and looked all the shops I did in january 2011 were totaled on February 28,2011 and I got the check today. the check is dated 3/14/2011 and it was mailed on 3/14/2011. I see no problems with athPower at all.
