Contact Christy Ensley at Ipsos. I am not sure that she will do anything other than offer sympathy (as she had the audacity to do with me), but if enough of us complain (or they can't get the shops done) so that it costs them less to fix the issue than to just have it reposted, the problems won't be addressed. I feel your pain. I had one rejected for a similar reason and ended up redoing it only because I was driving right past and the redo was quicker than arguing about it since I knew what the issues with the location were.
To answer your question, so far I've done 21: 13 were approved, 1 was rejected for alleged duplicate photos (Presto locked up which caused the duplicate photos, my redo was approved), 1 Dark Audit rejected for the same "reason". I also had a pump that they told me not to take pictures of, interestingly enough it was something I had gone round and round with the previous company who insisted that it was required (it really was not) and it was easier to just take the photos. I also had 1 editor mistake but I missed a couple of photos so it was really a wash.
I also picked up 4 other locations on the way at the higher fee so I didn't feel quite so bad about returning.
All in all, if you need fillers and you're heading that way anyway, take them. Otherwise, it's not worth it, at least to me, to go out of my way for various reasons (24 hour timeframe, inability to build routes, Presto issues, etc.) to take these like I have in the past.
