Issues with Payment

New here hope this allowed. Has anyone had issies with HSBrand paymen?. Did shops in Dec and Jan . I havent recieved payment . Have you had issues with payments from any companies ?

My October shop was paid in January. They take a long time to pay.

If you change the topic to indicate that it is HS Brands, that is fine AND it will attract answers from more shoppers who work for that MSC and have experience.

My personal experience is that they pay reliable, BUT much later than many MSCs. There are several recent topics in the MSC area of the forum with more details about their current payment terms. Also, look on their website for their statement of terms or in the ICA that you signed when you registered with them.

Once you get working for a gair number of MSCs your cash flow from any one of them will be somewhat less important because you will always have money in the pipeline.

They pay better for the type of shops that I do for them than ant other MSC doing those kinds of shops, so I am willing to wait.

The more you read in the MSC area of the forum the better you will feel about how few MSCs actually still shoppers.

The link below will take you to a spreadsheet that JP created. It has payment dates and other information for the mystery shopping companies. HS Brands and Cirrus take a long time to pay.

HS brands normally pays anywhere from 90 to 120 days after shop preformed. Here are my last 4 shops and pay dates done for them:
Shop Date 5/1/19 Paid 6/25/19 55 days
Shop Date 8/5/19 Paid 10/10/19 66 days
Shop Date 9/12/19 Paid 1/4/20 112 days
Shop Date 12/4/19 Paid 2/19/20 75 days

3 of these were one restaurant client the other was a massage client (longest pay)

I would do shops with minimal reimbursement and you are not counting on needing the pay soon.
I just took 2 shops with them one is $12 pay no costs to be reimbursed the other is $15 pay $2 to $12 in reimbursable costs depends on if they charge for Valet as it is a establishment that may not.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.

Payments for those shops are not yet due. HS Brands payment policy is: "Payments are submitted to PayPal or direct deposit approximately 75 days after the last day of the month in which the project was completed."

Your December shop is not due until March 16th.

Your January shop is not due until April 15th.
