Ipsos taking over Maritz 2/28

The email I got about the gas and c store purchase was I assumed the green gas stations, which is $2 gas and $1 in store. This was included in the $25 total pay which was posted on Presto. Are they including the Maritz gas stations as well?

Wow I have 8 gas station shops to do. These will be the last ones I do. That is a lot of money to lose.
My pay statement included all reimbursements for gas and inside purchases. For the stations I have routed in March, I don't see that changing. None of them are the "Presto" stations - for whatever reason, I haven't seen those in my area at all.
YES! Surprise, surprise...The $5 gas reimbursement and the $1 in-store product purchases are now to be considered part of the $12.50 pay! This really adds up...I have 26 outstanding shops, which totals about $156 in these additional reimbursements. They're NOW announcing this policy change and these payments will not be distributed. I feel this is really sketchy and the terms under which the assignment was accepted should (legally) be honored. I think my days of conducting these shops are over.
I'm confused. The email I got says the fuel and store purchase is part of the fee for the "Consumer Audit". However the shop I have scheduled is called "Customer First Gas Shop". Hopefully these are two different shops for different clients and I will be reimbursed as I have been in the past. My shop is a non reveal except if the cashier is not wearing a non tag or a uniform shirt. I then have to take his/her picture after showing them an authorization letter. That aspect of the shop has been discussed in this forum.
The standard pay amount is $12.50. This amount will now include the required $5 gas purchase and $1 in-store product purchase. They often offer an increased incentive amount, but this $6/visit decrease is a big hit.

I think we may all be talking about different shops - the email we received (I believe) was referring to the shops that IPSOS has on Presto, which they recently have posted at $25? At that price, they are saying the gas purchase and product purchase are included in the pay, yes? The shops we are all doing for Maritz "Legacy" as they called it in an email I got yesterday - the yellow stations, red and blue, etc...should still be the same pay structure we are used to.
Ohhh, I hope you/re right! I'm unfamiliar with the Maritz "Legacy " shops. Mystery shop, then reveal, and audit of pumps, main ID, canopy, etc.? Red and white?
I understood the email to be referring to the Presto audits that are giving everyone so much grief. The $25 fee is higher than the starting fee was with Maritz when they had the client, and higher than the starting fee was on the regular IPSOS site when they were listed there. There was no mention of reimbursement in the guidelines (at least that I could find) So, now they have raised the starting fee and are including the reimbursement in the fee. I'm not at all concerned with the reimbursement being removed from the other shops that are on Maritz site only. They are still listed with the normal reimbursements and I have no reason to believe it has or will change....at least for now.

I agree with MsJudi. I don't think there is any reason to panic. The shop with the $25 fee includes the reimbursements and the shop with the $12.50 fee remains the same with $6.00 of reimbursements added to that amount.
You had me panicking, I have a ton of shops scheduled though the legacy site, and I cannot afford to lose the hundreds in reimbursements. I would rather cancel the shops. But yeah they are very likely talking about the Presto shops. I see no changes to the guidelines or updates for the legacy shops.
Are you kidding? This was not the agreement and i have not been paid! Its been 6 weeks. Said i should be getting an email from ipsos. Still nothing.

If everyone did as the email said and did every step right you should have got the payment in your bank account by now. If you have not you need to call or send email to Team 9 for this is accounting.
