Maritz CX and InMoment merging

So I'm confused because, although there is no specific mention of mystery shopping, it sounds like they will be offering those services.

Maritz sold their MS business about two weeks ago. This appears to be the rest of Maritz merging with InMoment.

Looking at InMoment info online it seems they are very anti mystery shopping. Maybe Maritz teamed with IPSOS for that part of their business because InMoment didn't want it.

This is from 2012 but still seems to be their philosophy.
