Marketforce Invalid Shop Without Explanation

I did a typical walk in Chinese shop yesterday and today I see it's invalid. (I've done tons without a problem.) I received no email explaining why and I also don't see it in the 'incomplete / in process' area to fix it. The 'help' link is broken so I just replied to the help desk email that comes out as a reminder to the project. I'm not from this town (or state) and leaving tomorrow so if I have to do it again I'm hoping that they get back to me yet today. Anyone else having troubles like this?

Just for a side note, I've only had 2 other invalid shops that are older, but MANY that are valid.

Please do delete the name of the client from the post as posting the client and MSC together is a violation of both our ICA's and forum rules. Changing it to "Chinese restaurant" will suffice. smiling smiley

Was there a specific time frame on the CPI? Many can only be done during certain hours and that’s easy to miss. I assume you submitted the food picture as required. They need to see the drink, even water, if it shows on the receipt.

Yes, I followed everything as directed like I normally do. I thought they were supposed to send out an email explaining why. (At least that's what they did with the 2 older ones that I messed up back when I first started.)

The reasons that I have heard for that shop being invalid are mostly due to photos.
- not photographing the water cup if you got one.
- not photographing the side items if you got one.
- not photographing the drink. I think you need to remove the lid?
Also, did you spend enough time in the store?
Did you need to go during a certain time frame?
Did you start another shop, any shop, less than 6 minutes later? I had a drive thru and a gas station in the same lot. I had both invalidated due to this unknown "rule" of theirs.

I had one invalidated in 2013 (which I just noticed) for not turning in a CPI. I also noticed that with a drink, I spent $8. smiling smiley
I took all the pics I needed and the timing was right but now as I go back I see my receipt picture is rather blurry. It was clear on my phone but it looks blurry on the report. I don't see any way to update the receipt though and they haven't responded yet. I guess I'll just wait and see what happens...
