Rejected for non- unique photos

Uuugh. Ive never tried to cheat on any shop. I hope they fix this. I appealed the decision.

Depending on the MSC, this may be a simple glitch that other shoppers are also experiencing.
Still? On the webinar they said it had been worked on and "Should be" fixed. Guess not.
I have had to sent back for this reason and I appealed them and ended up getting paid for them. Good luck!

Did you appeal through the link or did you email someone? The email I received said appeals through the link wouldn't be reviewed but I went ahead and did that anyway.
I did. They have not answered yet. They put the shops back up for shopping again and i snagged them. There is no reason to do them over. My photos are unique.

Ditto. I just had two shops rejected for that reason in the last day or so. I think it’s a glitch issue. They said that I had to put the wrong receipt on the shop which is crazy. Unfortunately my phone did not save the receipts for one of the shops so unfortunately I cannot prove I put the receipts on there. But the other one I was able to get approved, after it had been rejected.
Just so it's clear to everyone: Appealing your shop rejection will go to the MSC. Contacting Presto support will go to Presto. Presto doesn't review shop appeals.

Colleen...could the editors be a little better communicating the issue? Mine were rejected for non unique photos which i wrongly assumed meant old photos fro. A previous shop. Instead of, you put the same photo on 2 questions, which of course i can correct since we take a bazillion photos as every shop just for this very reason.
Presto doesn't have a say in what the editors tell shoppers (they are using our software; they do not work for Presto). However, it does appear that their standard text specifically indicates that the duplicates may be either on another shop or multiple spots on the same shop.
Does anyone have information for Colleen? How can they arbitrarily reject a shop and claim it's the computer software? They should be required to substantiate their claim. IF they can not substantiate it then every one of us who has had a shop rejected for not having a unique picture should sue them. This makes routes impossible if you can't be sure you will make enough money to support the route.
