A Closer Look: February Payment for January Shops Not Received

The reimbursement date is listed on the website as 2/24. I have not received my check. Has anyone gotten theirs? TIA

Thank you. I know that email address well. I am trying to find out if it is just me or if other shoppers also have not received their checks.
I was paid for January.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I wish they had DD or PayPal. Checks can get lost in the mail. I have a mailman who is terrible. We get other people's mail all the time, I am sure that other people must be getting ours, too.
Thank you to all of you who responded. I just got a check in the mail today. The company name is activus connect instead of A Closer Look. I googled and could not find any news about activus connect buying or merging with A Closer Look.

Exactly. The reason I knew it was from ACL was the clients name.
That's so interesting. I received mine, and I didn't notice that. I'm out of town now, but want to check when I get home!
It looks like ACL is using a third party so that California shoppers can keep shopping (as ICs). Maybe shoppers not in California are still getting checks directly from ACL?
I was paid but the name was wrong so I'm waiting on a replacement check, but my initial payment for January was received last week. Definitely email them. Good luck!
