MF red burger shop, milkshake

I'm not feeling confident that MF will respond to my ticket before I attempt. So figured I'd ask you all. I have an online shop thru the red company website/app. It says a milkshake is required, but it's not an option to choose on the specific locations order page.

Anyone else ever run into this? Did you/should I attempt the shop even though this specific item can't be ordered online? Appears some locations have it on their menu....this one doesn't!

Id rather not cancel the shop since I don't want this to count against me for something out of my control.

Don't order it and explained that the location doesn't sell milkshakes.

Just an fyi double check your assignment. Online/pickup orders are different from online/app delivery orders. The delivery never requires milkshakes. Online Pickup sometimes does. As always if something isn't available, you explain it in the report.
Agree with eyelove2shop. When doing the report, answer No that you did not get a shake. That will flag and prompt a question asking why you didn't.
I have been in the same position. If you can reschedule DO IT NOW. I have lost 3 shops because I could not do it as required. Remember you HAVE TO GET a drink also if you want to get paid. The shake is a desert in there book. If the location does not have shakes do as the person said to report in the report. Also you said it is a Web shop, If you cannot complete as per guidelines DO NOT go further. File the report as that could no do the shop if you want to get paid. I found their site was down and did it as a Phone call shop,did not get paid.
Thanks, I had sent a screenshot into the help desk when I submitted the ticket last night. I had already rescheduled once, so I think I'm just SOL on this bonus one for out of town. Perhaps I'll hear back, but I'm not holding my breath. How long does it generally take for them to respond to tickets?

I have done 3 door dash deliveries, all with milk shakes included.
Which is great, because milk shakes are delicious.
Yes and the milk shake actually arrives frozen. The food arrives lukewarm, at least mine have.

This must vary by location because my delivery shops have ALWAYS required a shake purchase. The total reimbursement for the delivery shops in my area is $33.75 and includes $6 for a shake. For in-restaurant shops, the reimbursement is either $12.75 for no shake and $17.75 for those which include a shake.
