Marketforce Helpdesk "page cannot be found"?

I just tried clicking the "Help" tab on the Marketforce website which usually directs you to their help page (where you can click on a link to submit an email/help ticket). But instead of being directed to the Help Desk page, I arrived on an error page with the message:

"Sorry, we couldn't find that page.
Maybe it was moved, deleted, or you accidentally mistyped the URL."

I'm wondering if it is just me, or if anyone else is having trouble reaching the Help Desk page?

Also related, the Help Desk has NOT been helpful at all lately. I've submitted multiple tickets over the past 2 weeks, and I have not received a single response. They used to respond pretty quickly (within 2 days), so I'm not sure what is going on.

It may be that with virus concerns, they are operating with a skeleton staff on duty.
Thanks @JASFLALMT. I did end up emailing them directly, but I'm doubtful I'll get a reply. It's been frustrating lately with their "Helpdesk" because I've had shops with incorrect addresses listed on their CPI/website, inconsistencies between guidelines and CPI, etc., and they never respond to my inquiries. This has been going on for the past 2-3 weeks, so before the full-blown virus scare, and it's unclear why they just haven't responded.
