Well, my SR check came in today's mail. I am all caught up with payments EXCEPT FOR Confero....they have had the one payment I am due from an early March shop in a "Payment Pending" status for almost the entire month of April!! I've never seen that before!! It should go into Paypal by the middle of next week, hopefully!!

Oh good I'm expecting a small SR check, hopefully tomorrow.

Superior Customer Solutions is the only MSC that said they would not pay. Kati claims she has no money to pay for a shop that predated Covid for months.

teriraia laments--I was paid for all but RBG. Not holding my breath for that one. The only time that I have been stiffed in 8 years.

Bob shares--While I have only completed 86 jobs for RBG in 12 years, I have never experienced the slightest problem with any facet of the work. I was paid in early April for two shops submitted the first week of March.

Oops - it was Sales Quality Group. I always get SQG and RBG mixed up. I was informed by Suzette that the owner had the virus and they were closed. No more lamenting but I doubt that payment will ever show up.

I'm so relieved to hear it was not RBG. Could you please edit your post above? Seeing a post from a longtime shopper who did not get paid might give concerns to a shopper who uses the search function to see how RBG pays. Like bob, I've worked for RBG for years. I only ever had one problem when I missed getting paid. I used the Contact Us link on their home page and explained the problem and I was sent a PayPal almost instantly.

My name is Jean I'm new to the forum, I think I have a scam check, I'm checking with the bank right now, to make sure it's legit, the check is for $1,980, the man is pushing for me to deposit the check and purchase $1,500.00 worth E-Bay cards, hahahahahaha ...really?.. how do I register, or apply for a legit secret shopper..

Jean...it's a scam. Do NOT deposit that check!

Do not deposit the check, as it is fake. Do not buy any gift cards, as this is a classic scam. Glad you are checking with the bank and that you came here to ask. We have seen this scam many, many times. Really glad you are not a fool. Now there is a link at the bottom of the page to a list of reputable companies you can sign up with, but this is a really bad time to get into secret shopping as there are very few shops anywhere. Most of us haven't worked in several weeks or longer. My last shop was March 27th. I don't expect to be doing any shops until late summer.

I received a PayPal notification at 11:45 p.m. last night that Confero had paid.

I'm waiting for Satisfaction Services to be able to return to their offices in South Florida; they still owe me for an assignment that I had conducted on 02/22/20.

Yup, Confero money in my PP account today.

As was mentioned in another thread HS Brands paid me for February. And GBW just paid me for a Feb shop -- I had not yet nudged them, so it came as a rather pleasant surprise.

Anyone been paid by Regal for shops this year, yet? I got an email from them recently but not sure when payments will resume.

Not yet, but I expect that it will come within the next month.

I'm amazed. I've been paid by everyone (except for HS Brands --- obviously still waiting for my three months or whatever) for shops done in February and March. Thank you Coyle, Reality Based, MarketForce, Ann Michaels and Albatross! It's nice to have that stress of my shoulders for losing out on money I've spent out of pocket. I'm getting furloughed soon in my full-time career and have enough gray hairs! So glad many companies have treated their shoppers well consistently in good times - and bad times.

So far I have been paid by everyone that owes me money except for HS Brands. I wish that they would start some of this back I need to get an oil change in one of my vehicles.

I was paid for the January shops by Regal. The payments were split between several checks, just like the newsletter/email said it would be.
