I heard from Suzette who stated that the owner had the virus and was hospitalized and that she had been furloughed. Sad since this is a great company and I liked working for them.

What was the company that had the app on the phone that looked like an exclamation mark inside a box? I am getting very nervous, I had over $300 done for them and the app is not of my phone anymore. I had been planning on using the money for a trip and now need it to buy insulin for my husband. I know that isn't a lot of money but right now it's like a million when you don't know where the next check will be coming in. I think it was field something but am freaking out.

It's Field Agent, anyone know anything about them or why not able to find app?

I still have the app on my phone and can log in. Can you try to download it again and sign in with your password? It is still there and should work for you.

I am owed $425 from four MSCs, none of whom have been late in the 12 to 15 years I have completed work for them. This month, one, with shops dating back to 2008, is now two days late. My hope is this is not a portent of payouts.

I just received a cash notice from PayPal concerning the MSC that was two days late; I am now owed $375 from three companies, with none late.

My guess is that it's an indicator of altered workflow...or fewer employees. Coyle was a few days late this month and it's been years since they paid this long after the first.

I know there's a few days of delay in between when the MSC's make the deposit to Paypal and when it get's distributed, so perhaps there also an added delay going on there. I have noticed my bank deposits made from my phone are taking an extra day or two this month....

The Source paid me. They actively are shopping " Shelter in Place" grocery store shops so I'm pretty sure they will keep paying. I believe that grocery store is their biggest client.

I have 19 jobs from Feb 1 and 2 that I have not been paid for and I tried to contact the company but it says their offices are closed and they will not be answering emails but payments will still go out.

Anyone get payment from Mercantile for March shops? Usually here by now, but haven't received it yet.

Both are California based. Shelter in place is slowing things down. Be patient.

I jumped on to see if anyone else has not been paid by Sentry. I have an outstanding shop from January

SQG - Not going to miss them...never had a fond feeling for them and they seemed to have the lower rungs of bank clients...just my two cents.

Most of the $$ I have due me is from two companies - MaritzCX (now Ipsos), and 360 Intel....payment is coming due (or overdue) in the next few days....those companies are pretty solid (I think!). I have a few outstanding shops hanging out there that have not been paid yet from KSS, Dynamic Advantage, and Alta 360...keeping my fingers crossed on those.....It is a worrisome time, to be sure...

Alta360 will come through for sure. KSS is a scheduling company, it's the MSC that will be paying you, not KSS. I don't think I have ever done a shop for Dynamic Advantage. Maritz IPSOS paid me but were a few weeks off schedule. I think you will get paid, maybe a little later, not sure. 360 Intel used to be Goodwin. Goodwin had problems with payments being very slow. Intel 360 paid me a few months ago on time.

I liked SQG, they paid better for their bank shops than most MSCs. I hope they find a way to pay their shoppers.

Please submit a ticket at help@sentrymarketing.com, you should have been paid for a shop in January.

JAS - thanks for your response. It is Kinesis whose shops I completed via the KSS scheduling platform....Kinesis is a few days late right now.

@boridi .. I called Mercantile today, leaving a detailed voicemail message. I still have not received payment for the Pay Statement dated 03/24/20.

Secret Shopper is still running albeit with only one Coordinator, two accounting staff and two IT people. Payments are supposed to be sent out as usual on the 20/21st. Strategic Reflections has closed, so who knows if I'll get paid for the jobs I did in February. I found it kind of funny that the letter I got from them said, "Jobs still on the board can be self-assigned and you will be paid, but if you have a problem there will be no one in the office to help you. Please refer to the shop guidelines."

I got paid from mercantile for an early March shop today.

I received payment in full from Mercantile this morning.

I just got an email from Strategic Reflections asking me to do a shop this week... Are you sure they are "closed"?
