Trouble transitioning from Maritz website to Ipsos?

I get connected to the new site, but it won't accept my password and when i try to reset, I never get the email I need to reset. Is anyone else having issues?

I had problem getting in before March 31. As of March 31I went to the site, enterd my Shopper ID and password. It logged right in and the same why with the android app (the name now shows Ipsos Onsite)

I have not been able to get on the website using Firefox, however it worked perfectly while using Chrome.
I was glad to see it's essentially the same website, except now in Ipsos colors.

I can't get in either.The reset password email never comes. Tried several times.

I also was not able to get on using Firefox. I emailed and IPSOS recommends using Chrome.

I only use chrome. Business as usual? I hope not.

I too had problems after contacting them through a replay email that I got telling me about the site they finally emailed me back asking for the last 4 of my SSN we will see how that works.

I had the same problem in found out that the link is bad I had to go through shopmetrics. Now the other problem, I've been doing shops for 20 years and ipsos will not let me take the certification tests for the gas stations. That is basically what I did, and now I cant even take the test. No number to call for trouble either. Just email. I used to loce MaritzCX but Im not too sure how tvis is all going to work out. I hope all the schedulers kept their jobs! They were fantastic to work with!!!!!

I believe the test at shopmetrics is old. You need to go to the former maritzcx for gas shops-new [us-v2.ipsosmysteryshopping.com] I use chrome and it works fine. When you accept a shop on that website, then the test shows up with each shop.
