Payment schedule Service Savvy?

Does anyone recall what the stated terms are for Service Savvy? If you know that much, what can you tell me about the variance between the stated and typical payment dates?

Thanks!

Very slow payers, you have to beg for your payment. Happened to me several times. Not pleasant to beg for pay for jobs they obviously were paid for.

Define "very slow". When do you typically start asking?

Thanks for your reply!

Does anyone have an effective email or phone number? Someone responsive that's of a level that they can give a knowledgeable reply and a timely fix?

The person to contact at Service Savvy about payment is Vincent Amendola at vincent@servicesavvy.com

When I contacted him recently about shops I submitted in January & February 2020 but which hadn't been paid, he wrote: "At this time due to our clients closing their businesses, we have not received payment for February or March invoices. We are simply out of funds. As soon as we get paid from the client, we will reimburse you."

Nice. It's the middle of May and he just now discovered that his client won't pay?

It doesn't sound like there's much to discuss. I'll just move them to the ten foot pole file.

Thanks for posting. When and if he does pay, please let us know.
