I am having a problem with Ath. They sent me an email saying my payment was ready for payment through Checkbook. I entered my routing and account number. My bank never received the payment. Checkbook sent me an email saying there was an error and to please enter the correct account information. All the information I entered was correct.
I have been dealing with a very rude associate at Checkbook who tells me it is my problem. I contacted Ath and they emailed me that the payment has now been cancelled.
This was the first time I worked for Ath and it will be my last. Does anyone have a phone number to speak to a person at Ath or have I just been ripped off?
