Marketforce online purchase shops

Has anyone completed these online purchase shops for MarketForce? If yes, would you recommend or is it too much trouble for what it’s worth?

I would be delighted to complete some of these shops. However, no such shops are available in my area.

Some posters might know how to compare this 'ordering online' shop with similar shops from other MSC's. ?

I don't want fish oil, so I haven't considered it.

Generally, I don't do any online order and return, but I did one for Mystery Shoppers. It was painless to do, but a lot of narrative and now wait for reimbursement. In other times, I wouldn't do them, but it was something.

I've done both. Well worth it. You have to take specific screenshots of several products, watch videos and buy the product.

Check CFA instead of MF.
I did two, but won't do anymore. It is a whole boatload of screenshots, poor design on the report, and now I have fish oil and green something powder that will sit in the pantry!
meanv, why do you say the design is poor? I thought it was well laid out. I use the powder in my coffee and smoothies. I haven't used the fish oil yet.

I did two online shops for "Certified Field Associate" which is Marketforce's other division. One shop involved fish oil products, looking up brands on Amazon.com, taking pictures of the "benefits," bullet points, Nutritional Information, and sometimes one of the product reviews. I had to order one brand of fish oil and evaluate it.

The second shop was the same thing, but with green drinks, The pay was only $15 per shop plus reimbursement of the product. After completing the shop, they had computer problems and lost everything that I entered. I had to do the shops again. This happened a third time, they claimed to have lost my data, but when I called them, they said they'd speak to the project leader and try to locate it-- which they did. It was very frustrating with them calling me, leaving messages and sending emails. Then they called me to say that I ordered the wrong green drink powder (it wasn't very clear in the paperwork.) So I had to send one product back and order a new one. Anyway, it was a lot of work, and probably not worth it.
They had wrong prices listed, some of the product reviews had been removed (that we were asked to evaluate) etc.
I signed up to do the shop. However, after the first few questions, I decided it was not going to be worth the risk of not being paid and reimbursed. One question asked how many images of the product were present and had choices 1 through 6. I counted 7 photos. Another question asked if there was a video for the product. There was 4 videos, but none of them were actually made by the product company. Another question said to go to 0:11 marker and then answer the question. None of the videos made sense to the question for marker 0:11. I backed out of the assignment at that point because it was a Sunday and nobody was available to call for help. Disappointing!
I had issues with the drop-down boxes they used for some questions- the ingredients were listed in a single, huge line with no line breaks. It made it difficult to make a choice.
No... I’ve only been Mystery shopping with Market Force for a little over a month and have already had two issues with this company... They do not let you through on the phone number and tell you to email them with issues. Then they don’t respond timely or otherwise. Their help button on their website says “Web page not available”. I’m not expecting payment on my previous 5 shops either????
